		Go Back to Products Gravure Printing Ink System for surface printing on treated and non treated films Features: Designed specially for good adhesion to several films Good crinkle and scratch resistance Good gloss and press stability Heat resistance of 60 degree C on normal films and 100 degree C on treated OPP Good water resistance Fair Oil/HR/Water resistance only on treated films Substrates: Applicable on treated and untreated LDPE & CPP, treated OPP, Plain and NC coated cellophane, soft aluminium foil and vinyl. Not suitable for untreated HDPE. For this application our DKP ink system is recommended. Shades: Besides standard process and standard colours, matchings can be made available Printability: Excellent reproduction of half tone even at high speed Clean sharp image Good flow of ink Good solvent release, quick drying and excellent blocking resistance Solvent system: Normal drying: Toluene 60%, ethyl acetate 10%, IPA 30% Slower drying: Toluene 50% / Xylene 10%, ethyl acetate 5%, Butyl Acetate 5%, IPA 30%.
